Inclusion project for young people with disabilities

The Rocinha Music School is open to disabled children and young people. With the Inclusion project, we can help these young people to integrate better through music and to participate in making music. Our former student Giselle is now a trained special education teacher and has taken over the music lessons for these children and young people. The video clearly shows how she works with two autistic people.

 
Using the example of our pupil Lucas, an autistic person, we were able to experience the healing power of music. He learned the double bass unusually quickly and already plays in the orchestra.
