Tomorrow's musicians — With music to new hope

Project 2011/2012

For the next year we are planning the project Musicians of Tomorrow. We want to organize 15-20 concerts with our choirs and instrumental groups — depending on our financial resources — which are performed in the culturally underdeveloped peripheral areas of Rio. The aim of this project is to motivate our children and young people to practice and make music and to encourage their motivation to perform. At the same time, their self-esteem is strengthened by receiving recognition and appreciation. We can also involve the budding music teachers from the project Teachers of Tomorrow by participating in the rehearsals. Nevertheless, this project requires a high level of commitment from trained instrumental teachers and corresponding teacher hours.
